Exhibits A through L
The board of everything
Every string leads to one fruit. Red tags are accusations written into impeachment articles, which no chamber has voted to adopt. Green tags are things reported on the record.
A. Venezuela
H.Res. 1155 charges unauthorized strikes, blockades and seizing Venezuelan oil without Congress.
Read the articleB. Iran
Rep. Larson called the Iran war “illegal” when he filed 13 articles in April. Trump then posted a two-week ceasefire.
CT MirrorC. Guard in the cities
National Guard troops sent to U.S. cities, with the articles claiming the point was to deter protest.
Read the articleD. The wrong man
Kilmar Abrego Garcia of Maryland was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. His case made it into the first 2025 articles.
Yahoo NewsE. The pardons
Clemency for January 6 defendants, allies and donors, charged as “sabotaging the rule of law.”
Read the articleF. The tariffs
On Feb. 20, 2026 the Supreme Court ruled against the tariffs he imposed under emergency powers.
Mayer BrownG. The $400M jet
Qatar's offered plane drew ethics alarms. Trump's answer: only “stupid” people turn down gifts.
Boston GlobeH. Emoluments, and his coin
Articles charge he profits from office. His own memecoin raised bipartisan corruption concerns. Yes, we see the irony.
KQEDI. Power of the purse
Money Congress approved and he refused to spend, plus spending Congress never approved.
Read the articleJ. “Punishable by death”
What Trump said of “seditious behavior” after Democrats told troops to refuse illegal orders.
Fox NewsK. His name on the Kennedy Center
A board with members he handpicked renamed it the Trump-Kennedy Center. Not impeachable. Very pinnable.
PBS NewsHourL. The confession-ish
Jan. 6, 2026, to House Republicans: “If we don't win the midterms... they'll find a reason to impeach me.” They didn't win.
ReutersThe yarn is a joke about conspiracy boards. It shows our argument, and it does not prove any charge.
The prosecution's pitch
Why he should
Congress holds the keys
Supporters say war, spending and tariffs belong to Congress under the Constitution. Skip the check and the next president inherits the shortcut.
The bar is a standard
Rep. Ro Khanna frames impeachment as setting a standard. Rep. Adam Smith says, “I think we have to try, even if it doesn't succeed.”
Voters are close to there
In an October Politico poll, 54% believed he committed impeachable offenses and 50% said Democrats should impeach. That poll measures opinion, and no court or chamber has ruled.
Count the votes
Why he will
NBC News estimate of 435 seats. Some races are still counting.
Removal needs about 13 Republicans. This is the wall.
Impeaching takes a simple majority, and the new House sits on Jan. 3. Before the election, Kalshi traders priced impeachment before 2028 at 61% to 66%, and removal at about 17%. So our call is impeached: likely. Removed: a very long shot.
The meme coin
Put a coin on the case
A Solana meme coin for people who like this joke. It does nothing in Congress, and the coin's price has nothing to do with whether any vote happens.
